Further to our earlier published CustomerNews on India Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations (SCMTR), please note vide Notification No. No. 44/2021-Customs (N.T.), issued by Ministry of Finance, Government of India, the implementation date has now been deferred to May 31, 2021.
