Shipping to Germany and Central Europe? Here’s an update

Your messages and requests are important to us. Each request that you send us is being processed with the highest urgency, and we thank you for your patience. Our customer service colleagues are prioritizing your messages to attend your needs. We would appreciate your support us with enhancing the processing times with these steps:

  1. Once we receive your message, it is processed by one of our colleagues. Please reduce the amount of reminders.
  2. When calling, please ensure you have your Shipment number, Container number or BL number available.
  3. When sending a mail, enter the following information in the subject line of your message: the Name and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the Vessel, the Bill of Lading Number and the Port of Discharge.
  4. Please send us your Container Release requests no earlier than 10 Calendar Days prior to the arrival of the Vessel.
  5. For container releases, please understand that we strive to get them processed at the latest by actual vessel arrival.
