We’re pleased to share that Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal (CPP), powered by PayCargo and Gnosis Freight, has already successfully launched at the following U.S. ports:

  • Norfolk
  • Houston
  • Savannah
  • Miami, Tampa, & Port Everglades
  • Charleston
  • Tacoma
  • Baltimore
  • Mobile
  • Philadelphia
  • Los Angeles & Oakland
  • New York
  • New Orleans
  • Seattle

These rollouts mark a major step forward in streamlining the payment of time-pending charges, offering faster cargo release through real-time container visibility, instant pro-forma invoicing, secure integrated payments, and simplified dispute resolution.

We are now proceeding with the next phase of the rollout in Los Angeles beginning with the following terminals and vessels:

  • Los Angeles – Fenix Marine Services Terminal: MV Maersk Mammoth V619N expected to arrive June 27th, 2026
