Arrival Notices will continue to be sent to the designated contact(s) registered in our systems for your organization.

What you need to do

  • No action is required if your Arrival Notice recipients are already correct.

To avoid delays or missed communication, please ensure that the designated Arrival Notice recipients registered in our systems are up to date.
