Worldwide Implementation of Operations Cost Recovery (OCR)

We would like to inform you that due to the consistently high increase of operational costs in 2018, the situation is now no longer sustainable.

Therefore, and in order to maintain a continued high level of service to you, Hapag-Lloyd will implement a worldwide Operations Cost Recovery (OCR) of USD 55 / EUR 47 per TEU.

This OCR will be applicable globally, effective June 15, 2018 for all cargo except for China exports.

For trades subject to the US Shipping Act OCR will be applicable July 1, 2018.
