Shipping from Asia and Oceania to Kenya and Tanzania? A PSS update is coming up
A Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) is coming into effect for Asia* and Oceania** to Mombasa, Kenya and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. This PSS is applicable for all cargo loaded on September 17, 2025 until further notice. The details for this PSS are listed below.
PSS from Asia and Oceania to Kenya and Tanzania
- USD 400 per TEU for all container types
From *Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
From **Oceania: Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Micronesia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Island.
