Here’s an update on Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal Launch powered by PayCargo

We’re pleased to share that Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal (CPP), powered by PayCargo and Gnosis Freight, has already successfully launched at the following U.S. ports:

  • Houston
  • Savannah
  • Miami and Tampa

These rollouts mark a major step forward in streamlining the payment of time-pending charges, offering faster cargo release through real-time container visibility, instant pro-forma invoicing, secure integrated payments, and simplified dispute resolution.

We are now proceeding with the next phase of the rollout in Norfolk, beginning with the following terminals and vessels:

  • Virginia International Terminal: MV Navios Constellation V535E expected to arrive on October 12, 2025
  • Norfolk International Terminal: MV Hella V539W expected to arrive on October 13, 2025

We are currently adjusting the timeline for the Jacksonville rollout and will share an update with the revised launch date as soon as it’s confirmed.
