Routing update for our NE4, SE1, SE2 and IEX services
Following a careful assessment of the current security situation in the Red Sea area, Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk have decided to introduce changes to the Gemini services NE4, SE1, SE2 and IEX. These services transition to sailing via the Red Sea route instead of transiting via the Cape of Good Hope.
For the Westbound direction, changes will take effect as below:

Please note that the first sailing for the SE1 service will be communicated at a later stage.
The Red Sea route is the most efficient connection for these voyages and supports faster transport options for customers shipping between Asia and Europe.
