We would like to inform you of ongoing industry-wide service disruptions caused by severe weather conditions in the Bay of Biscay, resulting in delays to vessels arriving at and departing from terminals in Northern Europe.

In addition, adverse weather in the Western Mediterranean may further impact vessel transits bound for Northern Europe, potentially leading to additional schedule disruptions in the coming days.

Please be assured that we are taking all possible measures to minimize the impact on your supply chain. Any additional costs arising from these weather conditions will be for the account of the cargo.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as needed. Thank you for your understanding. For further assistance, please contact your local operations team.
