Operating Conditions
IMPORT
- Port formalities and customs clearance at Jebel Ali Port (JEA) have to be arranged by the consignee
- Customs inspection (if required) are at the expense of the consignee
- Offloading to be arranged by the consignee
- The free unstuffing period is 4 hours – after that, a truck detention fee of AED 300 per day will apply
EXPORT
- Any incidental charges will be calculated according to the actual costs
- Export declaration, customs clearance and port formalities at JEA have to be arranged by shipper
- The free stuffing / loading period is 4 hours – after that, a truck detention fee of AED 300 per day will apply

We require a minimum of one working day between the acceptance of the transport request and the execution of transport.
