China and China/Hong Kong – Revision of Booking Cancellation Fee

Effective March 1, 2020 we will implement a revised Booking Cancellation fee for export bookings from China and China/Hong Kong which are cancelled 7 calendar days or less before the ETD of the first intended vessel due to customer related issues.

• Manual Processing Fee of Booking Cancellation (MPO): CNY300 per Bill applicable for China export shipment.
  
• Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF): HK300 per Bill applicable for China/Hong Kong export shipment.

This Booking cancellation fee is chargeable for customer requested cancellation only.
