From 5 to 7 days - a UK cargo receiving window update

Three weeks ago, we launched the 5-day receiving window initiative for the ports of Southampton, Felixstowe, and Liverpool. In this short time, this initiative resulted in notable improvements that has helped alleviate the equipment congestions at these ports. With a healthier container flow, we are glad to announce a 7-day receiving window for London Gateway, Southampton, Felixstowe, and Liverpool.

The new 7-day receiving window is effective from February 8, 2022, for all carrier haulage bookings.
