Shipping from the Mediterranean to Latin America? A PSS is coming up

A Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) is coming into effect from Spain & Türkiye to the West Coast of Latin America, Central America & Caribbean*. This PSS will apply from August 1, 2024, and will be valid until further notice. Please keep in mind that the implementation date for Colombia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands will be August 23, 2024.

The details for this increase are listed below:

From Spain: 

• 20' and 40' Dry, Reefer Containers and Special Cargo: EUR 200

From Türkiye

• 20' Dry, Reefer Container and Special Cargo: USD 500
• 40' Dry, Reefer Container and Special Cargo: USD 1000
