Here's an update on Manual Booking Amendment Fee (BOO) in Hong Kong

In October 2022, we shared the good news: from December 1, 2022, we will be managing all booking amendments online. We will still accept booking amendment requested via other e-Channels like INTTRA/EDI/Web.

Please keep in mind that once you place your request, you will not have to send emails or make follow-up calls. Effective from April 1, 2023, a service fee will be charged for bookings that require manual booking amendment for export shipments from Hongkong. This fee will be applied for requests covering weight change, number of containers, container types and additional changes after the first booking confirmation has been released.

The quantum of BOO fee is as follows:

• Manual Processing Fee (BOO): HKD 500 per bill
  (Applicable for Hongkong export shipments)
