Mandatory submission of Dangerous Goods documentation via the online Booking Amendment tool
With immediate effect, all Dangerous Goods (DG) documents must be uploaded directly via our online Booking Amendment tool. This applies to all DG shipments and is required to ensure timely and compliant processing for Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, and Sweden.
Documents to be upload (as applicable):
- Preliminary Dangerous Goods declaration (DGD)
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Certificates
- Final DGD
How to upload your DG documents:
- Open the relevant booking in the online Booking Amendment tool
- Select Update booking -> reason: Cargo information -> change DG information
- Use the attachments field to upload and submit the required documents
Important: Please ensure that all documents are complete, legible, and consistent with the booking details to avoid any delays in acceptance and loading.
