B: Enter your login credentials and log in to Hapag-Lloyd’s Additional Freetime solution and directly enter your shipment number.

C: Enter your login credentials and log in to the Hapag-Lloyd Navigator. Additional Freetime will be available for your shipment in the section Additional Products.

To coordinate your dangerous goods booking request, you must first check with your sales department if the material to be transported is allowed for maritime movement in accordance with the protocols of the IMDG Code (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code). Once the UN is authorized by them, you must transmit your booking indicating the complete detail of the dangerous goods to process the final approval of the cargo on the vessel in which its transportation is required.

Additionally, it is necessary to fill out the DG-FORM, it must be presented at the time of the DG documentary closure to associate the document with your request and have the required documentation completed.

The confirmation of your booking does not exonerate the responsibility of labeling and properly identifying the container, in accordance with the international clauses that govern the matter of dangerous goods cargo.
