Dear Customer, if your shipment is going to the European Union or transiting through this region please note:

1. What happens if I do not send the EORI code, buyer and end seller information in my Shipping Instruction? The shipment will be automatically rolled and possible fines or penalties will be imposed on the exporter.

2. Is the EORI Code the equivalent of the TAX ID? No

3. What happens if the buyer and seller data are the same as the exporter and consignee data in the BL Master or HBL?  It is necessary to update them in the system as Buyer and Seller otherwise customs would not know and a customs error could occur.
