As the apprenticeship program is only available in Germany, fluency of German is required.

Buddy program
Even before your apprenticeship begins, you will network with your buddy from a higher apprenticeship year, who will be there to offer you advice and support.
You can expect a 13th month's salary, vacation pay, capital-forming benefits, and performance-related bonuses. We also subsidize the “Deutschlandticket” and the meals in our company restaurant.
Health & Sport
Your health is important to us. That's why, in addition to regular health workshops, we offer a wide range of company sports such as sailing, yoga, and soccer, as well as the E-Gym Wellpass.
Supported & challenged
You will receive workshops, shipping-related lectures, and English lessons. You will apply your knowledge and commitment in the departments and our apprentice teams (e.g., marketing or supervising student interns).
Flexitime
Thanks to our flexitime system, flexible working hours are available to you.
