Changing Your Password for the Online Business Suite

Do you want to change the password of your Hapag-Lloyd Online Business Suite account? There are two simple ways to do so.

You can find the instructions below.

Option 1: If you are logged in to your Online Business Suite account

Step 1: Account details

Please click on your account on the upper right corner of the website and choose “My Account Details” from the drop-down menu.

 

Step 2: Request password

On the “Request password” page, please fill in your user ID or email address, answer the security question and click on “Find.”  

 

Step 3: Send e-mail  

Once your account details have been found, please click on “Send email.”

 

Step 4: Receive email

You will receive an email in your inbox with a link to change your password.

 

Step 5: Set new password

Please click on the link in your email and set a new password.

Your password has been changed successfully!

 

Option 2: If you are logged out of your Online Business Suite account

Step 1: Open the login screen

Click on “Log in” on the upper right corner of the Hapag-Lloyd website. The login form for the Online Business Suite opens.  

 

Step 2: Forgot password

Click on “Forgot your password” below the “Log in” button. By doing this, you will be redirected to a new page where you can request your password.

 

Step 3: Request password

On the “Request Password Page”, please fill in your User ID or E-Mail address, answer the security question and click on “Find”.  

 

Step 4: Send email

Once your account details have been found, please click on “Send email.”   

 

Step 5: Receive email

You will receive an email in your inbox with a link for changing your password.  

 

Step 6: Set new password

Please click on the link in your email and set a new password.

Your password has been changed successfully!
