How to Receive Your Summary: 

  1. Choose your Collecting Office.  

  2. Add additional recipients. Per default, your summary will be sent to your registered email address.   

  3. See a summary of your request. 

  4. Receive an email with an attached Excel file containing your account statement within seconds!

Statement of Account 

The website lets you generate a Statement of Account on demand—whenever you need an up-to-date view—without waiting for the next periodic statement.

Anytime. You can request a Statement of Account whenever needed, even if you’ve just received a recurring one.

No. It’s provided in the same format (email delivery with an Excel attachment) and follows the same structure as the regular statement. 

Yes. You must be fully registered in Hapag-Lloyd’s Business Suite, and you can request a Statement of Account for accounts where your company is set up as the payer. 

After you submit the request, the Statement of Account is generated automatically and sent shortly afterwards by email. 

The Statement of Account is sent to the email address linked to your registered Business Suite user. You can add more recipients while requesting the statement. 

It mirrors the layout of the statements you already receive. If you’re familiar with this version, you can read the online version the same way.

Please contact your assigned accounting clerk for any questions or clarifications.

The option is only available if there are invoices linked to your company as the payer. If there are no linked invoices, a Statement of Account can’t be generated. 

The system will display the reason the statement couldn’t be generated. If you still need help, please contact your assigned accounting clerk and share the error message. 

 If invoices are missing or the balance seems incorrect, please contact your assigned accounting clerk. 

My Invoices shows an overview of invoices. The Statement of Account is a formal statement generated on request, summarizing your open items at that point in time.
