Shipping from India to Arabian Gulf ports? A GRI is coming up

A General Rate Increase (GRI) from India to Arabian Gulf ports* for cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ Standard Containers, High Cube Containers and reefer containers, is coming up. This GRI is applicable to all containers sailing from February 1, 2023, and is valid until further notice.

The details for this increase are listed below:
From Mundra, Nahva Sheva, Pipavav and Hazira, India to Arabian Gulf ports*

• 20' Standard Container: USD 100
• 40' Standard Container: USD 100
• 40 High Cube Container: USD 100

From Nhava Sheva, India to Arabian Gulf ports*

• 20' Reefer Container: USD 200
• 40' Reefer Container: USD 200
• 40 Reefer Container: USD 200

*Arabian Gulf Countries include UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Qatar, and Dammam and Jubail in Saudi Arabia.
