Here's a THC update for Georgia

The Terminal Handling Charge (THC) in Poti, Georgia is changing. The updated Terminal Handling Charge at Origin (THO) and Terminal Handling Charge at Destination (THD) is coming into effect for all container types from May 1, 2024, until further notice.
