An Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) has been revised. The EIS will apply from all ports in Egypt to all ports in West Africa* from December 15, 2024, and will be valid until further notice. The details for this EIS are listed below:

  • USD 700 per 20‘ dry container

  • *West Africa: Angola, Republic of the Congo, Demoratic Republic of the Congo (D.R.C.), Cameroon, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Benin, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Mauretania, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal.
