Ocean Tariff Rates and Surcharges

All rates - other than Freight All Kind (FAK) rates – published in the below Hapag-Lloyd Online Tariff are based on bilateral negotiations/agreements with customers.

Our tariff consists of 2 parts, namely one for ocean rates and surcharges displayed in tariff sections according to different trades, and another for rules and regulations tariff section (RURE-002) which includes explanation of charges/terms and can be viewed under Rules.

The actual currency amounts of charges can be found in the ocean tariffs. To support your search for the amount of a specific charge or tariff rate, please make sure to always insert following details under “Ocean Tariff Rates and Surcharges”:

• When looking for seafreight information, insert Origin Port and Destination Port ( leaving Origin & Destination Country/District blank)
• When looking for surcharges information, insert Origin & Destination Country/District or Origin Port and Destination Port as required.
• Note: when including „seafreight“ in your search, all surcharges will be shown only as valid at time of requested seafreight
• Set Base date (default is current date; to see historical development of a charge, set base date to the required starting point of the history date)
• Container type
• Commodity
