Here's an update on Manual Document Processing fees in North Europe
If you're shipping to and from North Europe, please note the following update to the Manual Document Processing fees. These charges will apply from July 1, 2025, until further notice. By switching to digital documentation – including the electronic Bill of Lading (eBL) – you can reduce paperwork, save time, and avoid manual processing fees.
We're introducing these updated charges to help simplify your shipping process and support a more sustainable, paperless future.
- Our goal: 100% eBL by 2030 – and we’d love to get there together.
For your reference, please find the new Manual Documentation Processing fees by country:
- Printed OBL (PDF) – EUR 65 per BL (use eBL to avoid this fee)
- Shipping Instructions received electronically (MTD) – 50 EUR per BL
- Printed OBL (PDF) – GBP 65 per BL (use eBL to avoid this fee)
- Remote B/L Printing (RBL) – USD 150 per BL (eliminated with centralized digital processing)
- Printed OBL (PDF) – EUR 65 per BL (use eBL to avoid this fee)
- Remote B/L Printing (RBL) – USD 150 per BL (eliminated with centralized digital processing)
- Printed OBL (PDF) – EUR 65 per BL (use eBL to avoid this fee)
- Remote B/L Printing (RBL) – EUR 150 per BL (eliminated with centralized digital processing)
- Manual Amendment (MAF) – EUR 100 per BL (avoid with digital tools)
