Shipping from North Europe? Here's an update on Booking Cancellation Fee
We want to make sure that you keep yourself updated with the latest fees for your preferred origin and destination countries. If you're shipping from North Europe*, please note the following update to the Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF). These charges will apply from August 15, 2025, until further notice.

This fee applies to containers that are cancelled, reduced, rebooked within five (5) calendar days before the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), or not loaded for any other reason. The adjustment is valid for all trades and container types.
