Shipping from Türkiye to the US East Coast? A GRI is coming up

A General Rate Increase (GRI) from Türkiye to the US East Coast for cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ Dry (and Reefer) containers, including High Cube equipment is coming up. This GRI is applicable to all containers gated in full from March 19, 2026, and is valid until further notice.

The details for this increase are listed below:

  • 20' Dry container: USD 200 per container
  • 40' Dry container: USD 400 per container
  • 40' High Cube container: USD 400 per container
  • 20’ Reefer container: USD 200 per container
  • 40’ Reefer container: USD 400 per container
