Here’s an update on your Delivery Order process in India

With your cargo planning in mind, here's an update to simplify the Delivery Order (DO) process in India, starting from June 23, 2025:

Key Updates:

  1. Mandatory use of revised CHA Authorization Letter format:
    All Delivery Order requests must be submitted using the updated CHA Authorization Letter format: here.
    The revised format is available for download on Odex under the "NOTE" section of the DO request page.

  2. No longer required: Endorsed SWB/L or Telex BL copy for Delivery Order request via Odex:
    Customers are no longer required to submit an endorsed Sea Waybill  or Telex Bill of Lading copy when requesting a Delivery Order via Odex.
