With your cargo planning in mind, here's an update to simplify the Delivery Order (DO) process in India, starting from June 23, 2025:
Key Updates:
Mandatory use of revised CHA Authorization Letter format: All Delivery Order requests must be submitted using the updated CHA Authorization Letter format: here. The revised format is available for download on Odex under the "NOTE" section of the DO request page.
No longer required: Endorsed SWB/L or Telex BL copy for Delivery Order request via Odex: Customers are no longer required to submit an endorsed Sea Waybill or Telex Bill of Lading copy when requesting a Delivery Order via Odex.
