Submitting and Managing Shipping Instructions 

After logging into the Shipping Instructions, enter the booking number in the provided field on the Shipping Instructions interface; the system will then retrieve the specific shipping instruction associated with that booking number. Fill out the shipping instruction form with the required details of your shipment, review the information for accuracy, and submit it directly through the interface. 

The amendment can be made using our BLDA solution after creating the first draft based on your submitted SI. 

Upon successful submission of a shipping instruction, a summary screen is shown and can be used as a receipt. It can be printed or saved for your records. 

No, the Shipping Instructions do not allow users to view previously submitted shipping instructions. It will be implemented in next iterations.  

Bill of Lading (BL) Operations 

General BL corrections can be sent through our BLDA solution. It will be taken care of internally and a new BL draft will be sent back for approval in due time. 

The ability to merge or split BLs is not yet available on the Shipping Instructions online solution, but will be included in subsequent updates.  

Functionality Scope and Limitations 

The solution does not yet support the handling of House BL/SCAC scenarios or the NCM/wood package for Brazil. However, both will be implemented during Q3/2024.

Shipping Instructions is cloud-based and is accessible from any modern web browser without the need for specific downloads or plug-ins. 

The Shipping Instructions online solution uses industry-standard encryption and security practices to ensure that your data is secure and accessible only to authorized users. 

No, for now, it is only available in English. In the long term, we are planning to make Shipping Instructions and other online solutions available in multiple languages as well.  

We will communicate updates and new features through the Shipping Instructions solution, emails, and updates posted on the solution’s landing page.

The Shipping Instructions solution is designed to be responsive and is accessible on most mobile devices with Internet connectivity and a compatible browser.
