To request a Food Grade Container, please follow these steps when submitting your booking:

1. In the Containers & Cargo section of your booking request, click Configure.
2. Enter the Harmonized System Code, Cargo Description, and Cargo Weight, then click Continue.
3. Under the Container Requirements tab, select Food/Wine Grade in the Extra Requirements field.4. Complete and submit your booking request.

Important Information
Food Grade Container requests are subject to equipment availability. An additional surcharge will apply (Charge Code: FQS).

To submit your Shipping Instructions online, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Business Suite > Documentation > Shipping Instructions
2. Select the relevant Shipment Number.
3. Click Use New SI to Submit.
4. Complete all mandatory fields.
5. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
6. Click Submit to send your Shipping Instructions.

Note: Please ensure all information is complete and accurate before submission, as changes after submission may result in processing delays.

Để chỉnh sửa Shipping Instructions trực tuyến, vui lòng thực hiện các bước sau:

Truy cập Online Business > Documentation > Shipping Instructions 

1. Chọn Số lô hàng (Shipment Number) tương ứng.
2. Nhấp vào Use New SI to Submit .
3. Nếu xuất hiện thông báo cho biết Shipping Instructions đã được gửi, hãy nhấp vào Continue để tiếp tục.
4. Cập nhật thông tin cần chỉnh sửa.
5. Xem xét và chấp nhận Điều khoản và Điều kiện .
6. Nhấp vào Submit để gửi Shipping Instructions đã chỉnh sửa.

Lưu ý: Việc chỉnh sửa phải tuân thủ thời hạn chốt chứng từ tại địa phương và có thể phát sinh phí chỉnh sửa, nếu áp dụng.

To amend your Shipping Instructions online, please follow these steps:

Go to Online Business > Documentation > Shipping Instructions:

1. Select the relevant Shipment Number.
2. Click Use New SI to Submit.
3. If a message indicates that a Shipping Instruction has already been submitted, click Continue to proceed.
4. Update the information that requires amendment.
5. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
6. Click Submit to send the amended Shipping Instructions.

Note: Amendments are subject to local documentation cut-off times and may be subject to amendment fees, where applicable.

Để chỉnh sửa vận đơn (BL) , vui lòng thực hiện các bước sau:

1. Nhấp vào tab Documentation và chọn BL Drafts 
2. Nhấp vào số BL mong muốn và chỉnh sửa phần cần thay đổi.
3. Chấp nhận Điều khoản và Điều kiện , sau đó nhấp vào Submit Amendment .
4. Các thay đổi được yêu cầu phải được POL/POD/Hải quan phê duyệt.

To amend your BL, please follow below steps

1. Click on the Documentation tab and select BL Drafts
2. Click the preferred BL number and amend the area that requires to change.
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit Amendment
4. The changes requested are subject to approval by POL /POD / Customs.

Lưu ý: Bạn phải yêu cầu HL phê duyệt để sử dụng SWB trực tuyến. -  online SWB.

You may download your SWB in My Compass under the My Docs section.

Các khoản phí Demurrage và Detention , nếu có, có thể được xem trong My Compass tại mục My Docs và mục My Invoices trong phân hệ Finance

Demurrage and Detention charges, if applicable, can be viewed in My Compass under the My Docs section and My Invoices within the Finance module.

Vui lòng lưu ý rằng để phát hành Lệnh giao hàng (Delivery Order)/lệnh giải phóng container , chúng tôi yêu cầu những điều sau:

1. Tất cả các hóa đơn chưa thanh toán của những lô hàng trước phải được thanh toán đầy đủ.
2. Đối với SWB/Telex Release , vui lòng gửi yêu cầu phát hành bằng cách gửi các chứng từ cần thiết đến địa chỉ email của quốc gia.
3. Đối với OBL , khách hàng phải gửi OBL vào Smart Locker số 131 tại quầy TP. Hồ Chí Minh hoặc Smart Locker số 114 tại quầy Hà Nội.

Về việc thanh toán: Tất cả khách hàng phải đảm bảo thanh toán số tiền trên hóa đơn trực tuyến trước từ 24 đến 48 giờ làm việc , vì chúng tôi chỉ có thể phát hành Vận đơn hoặc Lệnh giao hàng sau khi khoản thanh toán đã được ghi có vào tài khoản ngân hàng của Hapag-Lloyd.

Please note that to release delivery order / container release we require following:

1) All outstanding invoices for older shipments must be cleared.
2) For SWB/Telex release send your release request by sending required documentation to the country email ID.
3) For OBL, customers are required to drop off their OBL at Smart Locker No. 131 (at Hochiminh counter) or 114 (at Hanoi counter).

For Payment: All customers must ensure that the invoice amount is paid online 24 to 48 business hours in advance, as we can release the Bill of Lading or Delivery Order only after the payment has been received in Hapag-Lloyd's bank account."
