On-Carriage

If your shipment is booked for Door Delivery (Carrier Haulage), please make sure your On-Carriage Instructions are submitted no later than three days before ETA to help avoid additional charges.

Letter of Authority

If you are managing the import process on the Consignee's behalf and you are not listed on the BL / SWB:
Please ask the Consignee to authorize you via our Letter of Authority (LOA) web solution - either for this specific shipment or by submitting a standing authorization (Single LOA / General LOA).
If you already have an ongoing authorization / transfer declaration (General LOA) that has been provided to Hapag-Llyod previously, please share the reference number below.
