我的订舱是一款数字工具,可帮助您高效追踪并管理货物运输。它提供订舱状态的实时更新(例如已确认、已取消、审核中等),支持通过商业参考信息(如报价或合同)进行搜索,并允许访问详细的订舱信息,包括集装箱明细。

您能在我的订舱中查阅三种类型的项目: 

  • 请求:所有已提交的运输订舱完整列表 
  • 草稿:已开始但未完成或提交的订舱 
  • 模板:保存为模板以便后续快速复用的订舱 

1. 登录并开始导航

通过网页直接访问“我的订舱”:进入“订舱”菜单,随后选择“我的订舱”版块。 

输入您的赫伯罗特账户凭证即可登录系统。

2. 查阅您的订舱列表

浏览您的所有订舱记录。使用筛选器按起运地/目的地日期范围订舱状态缩小列表范围。 

  
状态说明: 

  • 已提交:订舱已创建并发送至系统待审核 
  • 审核中:我们的客服团队正在审核该订舱 
  • 已确认:订舱已获确认 
  • 已取消:订舱已被取消

3. 使用筛选器搜索特定订舱

订舱编号: 

  • 开始输入订舱编号;输入前四位后,系统将显示列表中匹配的结果。 
  • 您也可粘贴完整订舱编号以查看其详情。 
  • 最近搜索的 10 个订舱编号会保存在下拉菜单中供您选用。 

报价/合同编号: 

  • 输入您的报价或合同编号以查找所有相关订舱,系统将显示匹配的订舱列表

您的参考编号: 

  • 输入您的参考编号;输入前四位字符后,匹配结果将自动显示。 
  • 请注意:若参考编号包含大写字母,请确保按原样准确输入。

检查订舱可执行操作

点击订舱列表中编号旁的三个点(⋮)即可查看可用选项。这些操作仅适用于通过订舱渠道创建的订舱。 

可选操作包括: 

  • 复制:将订舱信息复制以创建新订舱,系统将跳转至订舱创建页面 
  • 存为模板:将订舱保存为模板,供后续订舱重复使用 
  • 修改:打开订舱修改界面,并预选更新请求 
  • 取消:打开订舱修改界面,并预选取消请求

5. 草稿——接续未完成操作

已开始但未完成或提交的订舱会自动保存为草稿,方便您后续继续完成所需路线步骤。 

您可随时通过“我的订舱”中的草稿标签页访问这些草稿。

点击任一草稿即可恢复并完成订舱流程。 

草稿保存期限为 90 天,但我们建议您尽快完成操作。

6. 模板——通过可复用订舱节省时间

您可通过点击订舱旁三个点(⋮)并选择“创建模板”,或在提交新订舱前直接操作,将订舱存为模板。 

模板功能让您能复用相同订舱结构,无需重复输入所有信息。 

  • 在“我的订舱”的模板界面中即可访问已存模板。 
  • 您可在此选择模板,仅需点击几次即可快速创建新订舱。  

请注意:模板仅适用于通过新网页订舱创建的订单;经典应用程序中的模板与新系统不兼容。

7. 订舱详情

从列表或搜索菜单点击特定订舱后,将跳转至详情页面:  

  • 状态会显示在订舱编号旁顶部位置。 
  • 将提供路线详情,如装货港/卸货港、运输时间、船舶信息等。 
  • 订舱详情: 
    • 请求报价/合同信息的时间节点
    • 集装箱与货物明细 
    • 可选附加信息  

您可在“我的订舱”中轻松管理所有订舱。只需点击相应订舱,即可选择修改或取消、复制创建相似新订舱,或存为模板供未来使用。

Please validate if you quotation has Inland service. In that case you may put received/delivered at your door (CH) in your booking request.

You may consult your container status in the Booking Confirmation section in the Hapag-Lloyd Navigator

You can extend your free-time (demurrage/detention) via our Additional Freetime solution. 

 You can change the destination of your shipment via the Hapag-Lloyd Booking Amendment tool.

You may amend your booking via the Hapag-Lloyd Booking Amendment tool.

You may amend your booking in the Hapag-Lloyd Booking Amendment tool. 

Your booking will be confirmed instantly by email.

There is no need to retype frequently used data when making a new booking. Our Web Booking product offers a template as well as a booking copy function for your convenience.

You can access the Booking Amendment web form in two ways:

Using our web page.

Using the Hapag-Lloyd Navigator.  

The Booking Amendment feature can be accessed from your usual login and no special access is required. To ensure swift confirmation, bookings can only be placed with a valid quotation or contract number matching the shipment details.

We automatically verify your booking data before submission. This way, we ensure that we have all information we need to send you a booking confirmation as quickly as possible.

With our Booking tool, you can also book reefer containers, out-of-gauge, and dangerous cargo.

Yes, after entering the correct booking number, you can select the “Cancel booking” radio button within the form, select the appropriate cancellation reason from the drop-down list, check the email address (change if not correct), and click the submit button. For more information, please refer to the User Guide.  

You can upload as many documents as you want, up to a total limit of 3 MB for all documents per amendment request.

No worries, we have you covered. Your entries are saved whenever you advance to the next screen in our wizard. We also save your data as a draft when you leave the session before being able to finish your web booking.

Click the Booking Amendment in the menu. Enter the correct booking number, select the “Amendment” radio button, and select the appropriate change request reason from the drop-down list. Check the email address and change if not correct, then click submit. For more information, please refer to the User Guide.

Note: The booking number will automatically be pre-entered into the booking number field if you access the web form the Navigator.  

You will receive a case number, which you can use as your reference.  

Yes, you can submit up to 10 amendment types per request.
