After receiving your application, our Marine Human Resources Team will review your qualifications, certificates, sea service, and experience in relation to the vacancy requirements and operational needs of our fleet.
Depending on the position, we may contact you for additional information or documentation during the review process.
If your profile matches the position requirements, you will be invited to a first interview, usually conducted virtually via MS Teams together with representatives from Marine Human Resources and Fleet Management.
For Senior Officer positions, the process additionally includes a psychological assessment as part of the overall selection process.

We recommend you familiarize yourself in advance with using MS Teams which we use for virtual Interviews. Our advice is to join the interview in a quiet environment where you can feel relaxed and focused. If necessary, headphones may help to cancel out any noise.
