1. 订舱与提单编号
您的提单编号将根据订舱请求生成，或在创建单证时分配新编号。
您可选择载入已有模板，或从保存的草稿继续编辑。
2. 地址与参考信息
请完整填写托运人、收货人与通知方的所有必填信息。
托运人
- 全名、地址、电子邮箱及电话号码
- 托运人参考号（选填）
- 托运人纳税识别号（用于明确责任划分，必须提供）
收货人
- 全名、地址、电子邮箱及电话号码
- 收货人纳税识别号（用于明确责任划分，必须提供）
- 收货人参考号（选填）
- 通知地址（选填）：货物抵达时需通知的对象，可额外添加第二、第三通知方
- 货运代理及其纳税识别号（如适用）
- 收货地：承运人接收货物的具体地点
- 船名与航次：需填写各运输区段对应信息
- 装货港与卸货港
- 交付地
- 可额外添加（两名）通知方
3. 集装箱与货物信息
您可选择为所有集装箱与货物统一填写描述（HS 编码、货物描述、唛头与编号将全局适用），或为每个集装箱单独录入信息。
- 集装箱编号：请在此处填写每个集装箱的唯一标识
- 封条编号：支持添加多个封条编号
- 货物明细包含：
- 货物包装类型/联合国包装代码
- 提单显示的包装类型
- 毛重、净重、总体积、净体积
- HS 编码（海关申报必填）
- 唛头与编号（选填）
- 详细货物描述
- 系统将自动计算以下汇总数据：
- 集装箱总数
- 总包装件数
- 毛重/净重总计
- 总体积/净体积总计
您可根据需要添加、复制或删除集装箱及货物条目。
4. 付款条款与支付方
起运港费用、海运费、目的港费用及起运地/目的地拖车费（如适用）可设置为：
- 预付（起运地）
- 到付
- 预付（第三方
请填写预付支付方和/或到付支付方信息。若选择“第三方付款”，需手动填写支付方名称与地址。
5. 单证签发
- 正本提单份数
- 副本提单份数
- 不记名正本提单份数
- 不记名副本提单份数
- 单证类型：正本提单、海运单或电子提单；若选择电子提单需指定服务商
- 发票参考号（选填）
- 首版提单草稿发送至：指定接收提单草稿的邮箱地址
6. 备注说明
可添加处理提单样本/补料的通用备注或特别说明。

- Selecting Your Customs Requirements: To ensure smooth processing of your shipments, please refer to the “Country- Specific & Customs Requirements” section, which is tailored to different customs scenarios. Select the option that best fits your shipment’s situation.
- Identify Your Shipment’s Requirements: Depending on the nature of your shipment, you may need to choose specific customs options. For example, if your shipment is subject to ICS2 (Import Control System 2) requirements, ensure that you select the corresponding option.
- Input Mandatory Information: After selecting your options, the system will prompt you to enter the required details for your scenario.
