Hapag-Lloyd offers various schedule features to meet your needs, e.g. finding schedule information that suits you best, downloading specific vessel schedules or send them directly to your inbox.

In order to change destination (COD), please use the Booking Amendment tool.
Click on the  Booking Amendment link: booking-amendment Enter the correct shipment number, select the “Amendment” button, and select the appropriate change request reason from the drop-down list. Check the email address and change if not correct, then click submit.

Note: The shipment number will automatically be pre-entered into the shipment number field if you access the web from the Navigator: navigator

Our Booking solution offers a template as well as a booking copy function for your convenience.

Please go to our Booking solution and find the relevant booking by using "COPY" booking, available at list of bookings solution

You may receive your invoice maximum 48 business hours after departure from POL. You may consult our Quality Promises on the next link: quality promises

You can easily download your invoice in the Hapag-Lloyd Navigator in the Documents tab navigator

With the vessel tracker, you can receive the current schedule for a selected vessel, including both mainline vessels and feeder vessels. Information includes all ports of call, arrival and departure dates, and the complete transit time. In addition, you can view more specific details concerning the vessel and the terminals.

You can use the following link to select a mainline or feeder vessel to show  the current schedule:

Displayed data includes: container information, container movement, and status information.

In order to amend your booking, please use the Booking Amendment tool. Click on the  Booking Amendment link below:

Enter the correct shipment number, select the “Amendment” button, and select the appropriate change request reason from the drop-down list. Check the email address and change if not correct, then click submit.

In order to cancel your booking, please use the Booking Amendment tool. Click on the  Booking Amendment link below:

After entering the correct shipment number, you can select the “Cancel booking” radio button within the form, select the appropriate cancellation reason from the drop-down list, check the email address (change if not correct), and click the submit button.

You will receive your booking confirmation no later than 1 business hour after your booking request (for dry cargo). Please refer to our Quality Promises by clicking on the following link:

The mandatory data for placing a booking are:
- Valid quotation/contract number
- Validity routing (POL and POD)
- Container quantity and type
- Empty container pick up from the depot (date and hour)
- Cargo description and HS Code
- Cargo weight and unit of measurement

You have to validate if quotation has Inland service. After that, in your booking request you may mark received/delivered Carriers Haulage (CH) either at your door or rail/barge terminal.

You will receive a Booking Cancellation via mail, explaining you all details about your cancellation in the remarks field of the file. If booking was automatically rejected, the reason will appear in the first page of the file.

With "Track by Container"  function, you can display the tracking information for a desired container. The information shown refers to your last booking to which the container was connected and either shows actual data or data for planned movements. Displayed data includes: container information, container movement and status information

You can easily find quotation validity, as well as expiry date on the quotation received from Quick Quote tool or respective sales represetnative. 
'Validity date' relates to Vessel Departure under condition booking is placed within 'Expiry Date'

You can extend your freetime via our Additional Freetime solution.
You can buy Additional Freetime in three ways:
A: Log in to the Hapag-Lloyd Online Business Suite and place your booking via our Booking tool: new booking solution Additional Freetime will be available after you have completed your booking.
B: Enter your login credentials and log in to Hapag-Lloyd’s Additional Freetime solution freetime and directly enter your shipment number.
C: Enter your login credentials and log in to the Hapag-Lloyd Navigator navigator Additional Freetime will be available for your shipment in the section Additional Products.

Please note that for us to swiftly handle invoice disputes, we have created a dedicated E-mail [email protected]  with a robot quickly sorting incoming disputes and address forwarding them to the relevant departments for action. 

To ensure quick dispute resolution and handling we therefore kindly ask you to:

1) Always send your dispute to: [email protected] 
2) Always write in subject the shipment number and invoice number.
3) Always inform us with as much details as possible what the dispute is about and why you believe the invoice is incorrect.

When it comes to feeder arrivals to final destination port - ETA of feeder vessel is updated approximately 5-7 days before arrivial to Transshipment Port.

Containers before discharge in Denmark ports needs to be customncleared (except Copenhagen). If the container is not custom cleared properly (container needs to have custom status 40), custom hold would occur (MIG). Closing MIG is possible only via Frederica Shipping agency and it is extra paid 650 DKK per container.
