Live Position shows where your container is on its journey in near real time and for all modes of transportation (ship, rail, truck). It combines vessel and container data to display the current location and progress – so you always know what’s happening.

You can use Live Position via Hapag-Lloyd’s website and also through API access if you want to integrate tracking into your own systems. 

Live ETA tells you when your carrier’s haulage import shipment is expected to arrive. It’s a continuously updated arrival forecast that reflects deviations (transport plan vs. actuals) based on the latest voyage and operational data.

Automatically, whenever new voyage or operational data is available – so the ETA stays up to date throughout the journey.
