What kind of information can I see in the Import Overview?

The Import Overview gives you a complete view of your incoming shipments, including key shipment details, shipment status, and estimated arrival times. By selecting a shipment, you can access the Import Details view, where you'll find milestone updates, shipment information, transport parties, and clear indicators highlighting any actions that require your attention.

What if I need a feature that isn't available yet?

The new Import Overview is being expanded throughout 2026. If a feature you need is not yet available, you can switch directly to the previous Import Overview from both the shipment list and the Import Details view, ensuring you always have access to the information and functionality you need.

What is the difference between the Import Overview 2.0 and Navigator?

Navigator is an application with both an export and import focus, whereas Import Overview is built solely to cater to the needs of Importers by including import-specific details.

Who has access to our Import Solutions?

Access is granted to Consignees, Consignee Delegates, and Notify Parties as stated on the Bill of Lading (B/L). If you are not listed on the B/L, access cannot be provided; please contact the shipper or your local Hapag-Lloyd office to update the B/L details if needed.

Can I share shipment information with others?

Yes. You can download the shipment list and share it with colleagues, truck drivers, customs brokers, or other partners. This makes it easier to keep everyone informed using the same up-to-date shipment information.
