Here's an update for our local charges
We know that your cargo planning happens across different geographies in the world. Therefore, we want to make sure that you keep yourself updated with the latest fees for your preferred origin and destination countries.
To easily access these updates, please visit the following sections on our website that present a geographical overview covering all regions in the world:
As part of the Q4 update, the EU ETS surcharge levels have been adjusted based on latest developments in European Union Allowance (EUA) prices and the latest Clean Cargo Emission Factors, using an audited methodology based on carrier-specific data and actual vessel load factors.
In addition, the Q4 update reflects emissions costs related to the introduction of the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS). The UK ETS applies to emissions based on the vessel’s voyage type and its activity within UK waters, including 100% of emissions from domestic UK port-to-port voyages and 100% of emissions while vessels are at berth or anchor in UK ports, regardless of whether the vessel operates on a domestic or international route.
Access to quarterly consolidated Emission Allowance Surcharge (ETS) files
- The latest global Emission Allowance Surcharge (ETS) values are available via the Ocean Tariff Rates and Surcharges page and the Surcharge Finder. ETS amounts are direction-specific, subject to regular review, and invoiced as a separate surcharge on the Bill of Lading. For consolidated information, please contact your responsible sales representative.

summarizing the changes per country. Please keep in mind that this document is for your reference and that all up-to-date details are available to you in our tariff section.
