Find all your recent bookings with Hapag-Lloyd in the 'My Bookings' section. They are categorized as follows:
Use the 'Template List' for repetitive bookings, taking advantage of tailor-made template. On the Template List page, you will find all templates you have created that can be used for a new booking based on same data.
Booking amendment needed? Submit the required information quickly and simply using the clear and easy-to-fill-in Booking Amendment Beta web form to send a cancellation or update request.

To ensure swift confirmation, bookings can only be placed with a valid quotation or contract number matching the shipment details.
There is no need to retype frequently used data when making a new booking. Our Web Booking product offers a template as well as a booking copy function for your convenience.
No worries, we have you covered. Your entries are saved whenever you advance to the next screen in our wizard. We also save your data as a draft when you leave the session before being able to finish your Web Booking.
We automatically verify your booking data before submission. This way, we ensure that we have all information we need to send you a booking confirmation as quickly as possible.
The Booking Amendment feature can be accessed from your usual login and no special access is required. However, it’s a beta product and we are releasing the feature globally in phases. If you are among those who cannot access it, then the feature has still not been rolled out to your country. We ask you to send the request by email, and we will let you know when the feature has been released in your location.
Click the Booking Amendment in the menu. Enter the correct shipment number, select the
“Amendment” radio button, and select the appropriate change request reason from
the drop-down list. Check the email address and change if not correct, then
click submit. For more information, please refer to the User Guide.
Note: The shipment number will automatically be pre-entered into the shipment number field if you access the web form the Navigator.
Yes, after entering the correct shipment number, you can select the “Cancel booking” radio button
within the form, select the appropriate cancellation reason from the drop-down
list, check the email address (change if not correct), and click the submit
button. For more information, please refer to the User Guide.
