Participation in the survey will be shared with you between April 9 and April 30. We would be grateful if you could rate it in accordance with the Net Promoter Score(NPS).
Starting from 15th January, Bookings that postponed by customer request, CRO (Cargo Roll Fee) will apply at 100 EUR per container regardless of the ETD date. For repeated postponements, the cost will continue to apply. There will be no charge for the first roll. Reefer containers will be exempted from this process. Postponements caused by Hapag Lloyd (omit, allocation) are not included in this process.
