New Booking
Create a new booking with our wizard in just a few steps to completion.
My Bookings
Find all your recent bookings with Hapag-Lloyd in the 'My Bookings' section. They are categorized as follows:
- List of non-completed booking requests: Here, you can find all booking requests that have not been completed or submitted to Hapag-Lloyd yet. Based on this, you have the option to complete and submit as required or create a new booking.
- List of submitted booking requests: Here, you can see all booking requests that have been completed and submitted to Hapag-Lloyd. You also have the option to copy a booking to quickly start a new booking based on the same data.
- List of confirmed bookings: Here, you can see all booking requests that have already been confirmed by Hapag-Lloyd. You also have the option to copy a booking to quickly start a new booking based on the same data.
Template List
Use the 'Template List' for repetitive bookings, taking advantage of tailor-made template. On the Template List page, you will find all templates you have created that can be used for a new booking based on the same data.
Booking Amendment*
Booking amendment needed? Submit the required information quickly and simply using the clear and easy-to-fill-in Booking Amendment web form to send a cancellation or update request.
- It's even faster using the Hapag-Lloyd Navigator: Save yourself the hassle of keying in the booking number by accessing Booking Amendment using the Navigator, where the booking number is already prefilled in the form.

The web solution Booking Beta will soon become the default web booking platform for all customers and will be renamed Booking.
This updated version offers a faster, more efficient, and user-friendly booking experience, designed to meet the evolving needs of the shipping industry.

Directly Book Pre-Lashed Cargo via the Booking Tool
With our latest enhancement you can directly book your pre-lashed cargo on Flatracks, Hard Tops or Open Top Containers via our Booking tool. Get prefilled routing details, cargo dimensions and background checks, schedule availability and the correct pricing by simply entering your quotation or contract number.
