Dubai, Jebel Ali Port - Customs Notification on Export Manifestation Rule

As a reminder to our previous news of January 30, 2019, we would like to remind you of the existing Dubai Customs Notice Number 2/2018 for submission of export manifest within 12 hours from the date of vessel sailing. Please note customers are required to provide the Bill of Lading instructions one full working day prior to vessel arrival.
Bill of Lading confirmation should be received 6 hours before vessel sail.

Moreover, the cargo description on the Bill of Lading must exactly match with the Customs Export Declaration.
In case of any discrepancy in the cargo description or delay in submission, an amendment customs penalty charge of AED5 per Bill of Lading will be applicable along with our bill of lading amendment charges. Any charges levied due to container shut-out or any other issues arising due to the above not being completed on time will be billed to the customer.

Kindly ensure necessary arrangements are in place for the submission of shipping instructions according to the shipping instruction cut-off deadlines.

The above applies only for Jebel Ali Port shipments.
