The app will be available for download on the Google Play and Apple stores. You can also access the web app in your mobile browser, allowing you to install the view directly to your mobile or desktop home screen. 

You can access the app using your Online Business Suite Login. No further registration needed. 

Yes, the two systems work in tandem to best support your Hapag-Lloyd needs. If you for example get a quote on desktop, you will be able to see this in the mobile app and vice-versa. 

Eventually, yes. The brand-new app will become the standard once all your shipping needs are covered. In the meantime, you can continue using the old app also available in app stores. 

Both the Live Chat and the Virtual Assistant, which are currently available for selected countries only, are not yet included in the mobile app. However, we are continuously working on including more features and will offer updates for the app in the future. 

Yes. The new mobile app offers you the freedom of tracking your container on the go using Live Position. 

You can stay up-to-date on the latest developments via our Customer News. Furthermore, you can activate push-notifications to have selected updates sent directly to your device. 

So far, only Live Position will be part of the app. HL Live might be implemented at a later point.
