We at Hapag-Lloyd are always keen to provide the best services to our customers.

Based on many requests received from brokers to improve the process of detention payment and EIR extension at our DPW counter in Jeddah, customers can now process these and all of their requests at one counter.

We are happy to announce, effective August 18, 2019, we will be moving the services that we provide at DPW counter to our main counter at our Jeddah office - Madinah Road, Kanoo Building.
