Turkey - Booking Cancellation Fee

Resulting from recent review, kindly note that effective October 28, 2019 Hapag-Lloyd Turkey will revise the local Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) for all destinations as follows:

• USD 50.- per Container

Our Turkey offices need to be informed about cancellations at the latest 2 days before the respective FCL Cut-off date.

The Booking Cancellation fee applies for all shipments which are postponed from the first planned vessel and not loaded.
