United Arab Emirates - Detention Invoices
In order to serve you in a faster and more efficient manner, we will be introducing a few changes to our Delivery Order process over the coming weeks.
Effective since December 1, 2019 we kindly ask you that all requests for Detention Invoices are sent to us via following email address:
Please mark the subject of the email as “Detention Request” and provide the following information in the body of the email:
- BL Number
- Container Number
- Detention Validity Date
Detention Invoices will be returned back to you via email within 2 working hours.
Example of standard email:
We kindly request that your emails include all required details, as this will enable us to revert to you promptly.
