India – Booking Process

We are making changes to our current booking validity process in India. We believe that these changes will enable you to better plan your logistics and make it easier to do business with us.

The following changes will be effective as of February 21, 2020:

  • When placing a booking request, choose a container pick-up date at your convenience in the corresponding fields. For HLAG.com it is either ‘Positioning Date’ or ‘Pick Up Date’ on the Cargo and Equipment Tab. For INTTRA, under Haulage Details please choose a date under ‘Requested Empty Pick-Up Date’.
  • Bookings without a positioning date in the proper fields or no positioning date chosen, will have the pick-up date as mentioned below.

*ETD = Estimated time of departure

Container(s) can be picked up prior to the assigned pick up dates if available.

If the container(s) are not picked-up by the above guidelines, the booking stands cancelled.

Shipping Guarantee bookings will not be cancelled. Charges shall be applicable as per Shipping Guarantee policy. Refer to our website for more details.

No validity extension: Bookings will be issued from vessel to vessel basis and no revalidation will be accepted.
