Further to our CustomerNEWS of March 10, 2020, we would like to provide you with latest updated news received from partners MOL on the current situation of MV “Mol Majesty” Voyage 952 W, which remains anchored at the port of Ensenada, Mexico and there is no approval from Authority regarding the onward sailing date.
A further update on the situation is expected for March 13.

Please note that this is a fluid situation and the above noted conditions are subject to change without notice. Hapag-Lloyd is monitoring and assessing the situation constantly and we will continue to use our best efforts to send updates as the situation evolves.

This notice is written without prejudice to the terms and conditions contained in the relevant underlying contracts of carriage as evidenced by Hapag-Lloyd AG’s standard Bill of Lading and/or Sea Waybill and the Hapag-Lloyd Tariff applicable thereto and/or any other applicable agreement governing the carriage of the subject cargo, as the case may be, all of which said terms and conditions continue to remain in full force and effect without any modification or waiver.
