Philippines – Import Reefer Restrictions - Update

We would like to give you an update on the current situation in Philippines. Due to the easing of both terminal and overall inbound operations for reefer cargo, we are pleased to advise that we are now able to accept reefer shipments to the Philippines again, via the ports of Hong Kong and Singapore.

However, there are still some concerns regarding the inbound operations and in the event that cargo has to be diverted from these ports, all costs will be to the account of the cargo owner.

The terms of this Notice shall be read in conjunction with and without prejudice to Hapag-Lloyd’s Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill terms and conditions and the Hapag-Lloyd tariff applicable thereto.
