Japan - Revision of Local Charges
We would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will revise the following local charges, effective April 1, 2021 (vessel departing date) for non FMC related lanes, and May 1, 2021 (gate-in full) for FMC related lanes till further notice.
* Booking cancellation fee will be applicable to every container cancelled, due to customers’ related issues, within a confirmed shipment within 7 calendar days prior to ETD of the first intended vessel.
*Unused booking without cancellation notice before vessel departure will be subject to booking cancellation fee.
* Booking cancellation fee will become effective for the cancellation request submitted from April 1, 2021 and for the no-show booking on the vessels departing from April 1, 2021.
